Glass cosmetic packaging is the prestige choice for perfume, essence, serum and premium skincare. Chemically inert glass does not react with the formula, blocks oxygen and protects product integrity. Clear, frosted, amber and coloured options match any brand identity.

On wholesale glass bottle and jar orders the closure (crimp atomiser, 18/410 dropper, treatment pump) is as critical as the body. Flint glass is clear prestige, amber is the UV barrier, frosted glass softens light. Yurtenpack checks neck finish, dip tube length and leak-tightness at sample stage.

Airless Cosmetic Packaging

Airless cosmetic packaging is a vacuum pump that isolates the formula from air. For serums and creams with retinol, vitamin C, niacinamide or AHA/BHA it is the standard pack. No air in on each stroke; potency holds to the last dose.

Airless bottles, jars and tubes run from 30 ml to 150 ml. Opaque bodies block UV; an EVOH barrier cuts oxygen. The piston delivers 95-98% evacuation. Inner bottle versus outer shell also changes filling and scrap rate.

Plastic Cosmetic Packaging

Plastic cosmetic packaging covers cream, lotion, gel, shampoo and sunscreen. PE tubes, PP bottles, PET bottles and plastic jars stay light and economical. A squeeze tube uses the last of the product.

On plastic tube orders, PE, ABL or PBL, offset or screen print, soft-touch lamination and flip-top closures set the shelf language. PET is for toner and micellar; PP is for pumps and sunscreen bodies. PCR content is specified separately on sustainable lines.

Sunscreen Cosmetic Packaging

Sunscreen cosmetic packaging is typically PP for heat and chemical resistance. Lotion-pump bottles, squeeze tubes and airless systems are built for SPF formulas.

Acrylic overcaps lift summer collections on the shelf. Daily SPF lines use 30 ml to 200 ml PP pumps. UV filters and oil phase can swell PE tubes; ABL tubes or PP bottles usually pass compatibility tests more cleanly.

Makeup Cosmetic Packaging

Makeup cosmetic packaging covers lipstick cases, lip-gloss applicators, foundation bottles, mascara tubes and eyeshadow palettes. SAN, PMMA and ABS bodies give gloss and weight; metallised overcaps and magnetic compact lids speed the purchase.
